Kevin Lagat is a sophomore at Presbyterian College in Clinton, South Carolina. As a student-athlete, he participates in both cross country and track. Born and raised in Kenya, he moved to the USA in September 2022 seeking a pre-med degree that he hopes to use in his community back in Kenya someday. This spring, Kevin's Kenyan sponsor faced a family tragedy and high medical bills, making it impossible to fund his education. Now, Kevin is urgently seeking alternatives to continue at Presbyterian College in the fall. He needs funding by July 2024 to register and continue school.
